Describing the national flag

One day I was talking to a Filipina friend and asked about the flag of my country and meanings. So I'm going to describe it.

The flag has 3 colors, green that stands for hope, white for purity, and red for union.
White is the purtity of the catholic faith, the red is the blood of the national heroes.

The coat is an image that represents what the Aztecs saw to settle in the land. The legend said that
the gods had advised the Aztecs that the place where they should establish their city was to be identified when they saw an eagle, perched on a prickly pear tree, devouring a serpent. They saw this mythical eagle on a marshy lake that is now the zócalo or main plaza in Mexico City.

I've read something about the meaning of the coat and well the eagle is the mexican town who can defeat the danger (the snake) and can stand any difficult situation (the prickly pear tree). Below the tree there are 2 branches,
Laurel and Oak leaves encircling the Coat of Arms represent victory and the martyrdom of those who have given their lives for Mexico.

We have always to keep in mind that the eagle is each of us so we can defeat anything.

my life

Well my job offers are running out, i investigated about a temporaly canadian job program and well i don't have any experience of it, i may be good at english but the other requirements are difficult to get. It doesn't matter. There's nothing more than look for a job.
I don't know what will happen and there's only one thing to think about , i need to improve my english, no matter how, i need it. I talked to a Russian girl today and wow! her english is so good although she's majoring in it. She's very lucky she's been to many countries and i think that her english is extremely good because of that.
Anyway it's time to have lunch. See you next time.
If anyone see any mistake please feel free to give me the feedback. Thanks

SATURDAy

I haven't written for a long time, so i'm gonna write something about my life.
It has been a week since i said that i was going to resign and i did it, but for good or bad i decided to work for 2 more weeks until my boss gets my replacement. It was a tiring week, we have a lot of work and we still have a queue of orders to produce, sometimes i think that the company will never recover from the bad managment and lack of money to buy raw materials. So this was a reason to left this job.
I've always deserved to work in a multinational company and i hope i can get a well paid job, for this my friend is helping me to get it, it's a oil company. The risk working there is big but the salary must be by far better than in any other job, and well i'm still young and i should take the risk for at least a couple of years until i'll get a promotion in an area with less risk or i'll be 100% economic independent. I want to travel to many countries and meet my e-buddies. In the short time i'd like to open my own business to make more money. This is my first goal. So i'll do my best. I haven't to get depressed, and be persistent this is the KEY of SUCCESS.
Infinity is a great motivational song!! i wanna go to Cancun!

Pulsos - Pitty

This is a song called Pulsos in portuguese and i don't know what it means but i'll find out. This is a good song i think. Thanks to my friend for giving me this song.

E um dia se atreveu
A olhar pro alto
Tinha céu mas não era azul
No cansaço de tentar, quis desistir
Se é coragem eu não sei.

Tentar achar que não é assim tão mal
Exercita a paciência
Guarda os pulsos pro final
Saída de emergência. (2X)

E um dia desistiu, quis terminar
Só mais um gole duas linhas horizontais
Sem a menor pressa,
Calculadamente
Depois do erro, a redenção!

Tentar achar que não é assim tão mal
Exercita a paciência
Guarda os pulsos pro final
Saída de emergência. (4X)

The day that never comes lyrics

Born to push you around,
Better just stay down.
You pull away,
He hits the flesh,
You hit the ground.

Mouth so full of lies,
Tend to black your eyes.
Just keep them closed,
Keep praying,
Just keep waiting.

(Chorus:)
Waiting for the one!
The day that never comes!
When you stand up and feel the warmth!
But the sunshine never comes!

No the sun shine never comes.

Push you cross that line,
Just stay down this time.
Hide in yourself,
Crawl in yourself,
You'll have your time.

God I'll make them pay,
Take it back one day.
I'll end this day,
I'll splatter color on this grave. Salpicare de color en esta tumba.

(Chorus)
Waiting for the one!
The day that never comes!
When you stand up and feel the warmth!
But the sunshine never comes!

Love is a four letter word!
And never spoken here!

Love is a four letter word!
Here in this prison!
I suffer this no longer!
I'll put an end to,
This I swear!
This I swear!
The sun will shine!
This I swear!
This I swear!
This I SWEAR!!!

the bakery

Hi everybody, i was reading an interesting magazine and i want to share some information that i might think is useful.

RSPCA - Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
I'm gonna ring the RSPCA and we'll have them round like a shot
mean-tight-fisted = opposite of generous.
split hairs- focus on insignificant differences.
to take pride in = be proud of
yeast = fungus that causes bread to expand.
spongy = esponjoso.
bagel
pittance - pathetic salary.
to cramp s.o.'s style = make s.o. feel uncomfortable.
let off = give me a break, don't pressure me.

Well the conversation was taken place in a bakery between 2 people, the owner's son called Terry, and a supervisor. There was a problem because Terry did his duties very bad that day so the supervisor talked to him and told him that he didn't put syrup to the dough so that they couldn't sell the bagels to the customers, and well Terry answered that he doesn't like to be a baker and he doesn't care to be here. He wants to be a jet fighter.
Terry says to the supervisor that he's a loser, earns a pittance and don't go any further. The supervisors says that working there is not a matter of money but a matter of enjoying the job.
Well at the end they come up with an agreement in which Terry is not gonna do anything in the job, and he is going to be out of the business during working hours and 5 minutes before ends his working time he will come back work from the streets to sign a book.

Interesting things

Well today i was talking to my aunt, and i realized that most of the women always admire people that they don't even know, for example, they always say that someone has a good car, a good job, a lot of money, and a lot of knowledge in a topic. Why the hell do they talk about the same? It's really boring!. Sorry for you girls, i hope not to talk with a girl about this.
Today apart from my tasks at job i had to do other tasks of purchasing. And i could say that it's really important to choose your suppliers in all the meanings, from the raw materials to the transportation. It always happens the same, we have the same troubles than ever. i wonder if this is going to change someday.

A busy day

What a busy day today was. I started working at 9 am and finished it at 5 o'clock sharp , i thought nobody was going to ask me a favor but i was wrong. A relative asked me to take her to a lot of houses to hand in a few wedding invitations. I drove about a couple of hours and when i finished I was already sick and tired of it. Definitely, I won't hand in the wedding invitations when i get married.
I was wrong when i thought that all the logistics were easy. Planning a wedding is a headache, I think that when i get marry i'll have a party with just relatives and friends. Having a party with less than 50 people is convenient for me, because there's no need to spend all your savings on a party.
What would you have if you got married?

A tough week

This week has been one of the most tiring for me during this year, I worked too many hours in the workshop and i had to sacrifice my days off.
The life in a workshop is a kind of stressful because of the lack of data and planning in all the logistic slaves.
Despite all the barrers and problems in the week i learned something valuable when speaking to a filipina and when reading a leadership course. She told me that when you don't like something, you have to take a rest, relax for a moment, go to anyplace you like, go out to hang out and keep looking for something you like. In the leadership course it's important to point out that if you doesn´t like your job you have to put pictures of good moments just to the mere fact of slowing down the stress. Also, you have to take one moment to practice any sport.
And speaking about the streess i done something to slowing down it, i met a couple of swiss people who are friendly and talkative, it was absolutely necessary for me to go to a party and hang out with this guys.

Motivation!

EQUIVOCACIONES

The cleaner movie!

Yesterday i watched a film called the cleaner, just by hearing the name you can imagine that it's a movie about crime scenes.
The main actor is Samuel Jackson who is a former policeman, the owner of a cleaning company, and cleans all the crime scenes.
One day he receives an order to clean a mansion, as nobody is available at the moment he decides to do the job. He arrives at the place and ring the belt, nobody answers and he sees a note on the service order that says that the key is under the plant pot. He opens the door and go to the living room. All the place is full of goagulated blood , there are stains on the couch, window , floor, and wall. As a normal procedure he takes pictures and records his voice saying how the crime scene is. He clean all the mess up and go back home.
The next day he goes back to that mansion to give the key back to the owner and talks to the wife of the death, she apparently doesn't know anything about the cleaning service nor the death of her husband, so he decides not to tell her the true and goes back to the office. He knows that something is wrong, so he calls to the police and asks for the name of the detective who pay for the service and He's said that any detective with that name doesn't work there.
The day after the wife of the death goes to the office to talk to Samuel and he tells fibs again.
After some days Samuel Jackson tells his police friend about what happened that day and he promises to help him.
Samuel is under a lot of pressure because the homicides detectives find some cleaning products in the scene of crime so he's asked about that and he decides to talk to the wife of the death about what happened that day and not to make the story longer he search for all the clues so that he wouldn't be guilty for the homicide and realized that his police friend and the wife of the death are lovers and his police friend kills the husband of hers.
At the end the police friend and Samuel are arguing in Samuel's house where is his daughter, the police point the gun to Samuel and Samuel's daugther shots the police.
The policeman is kill and Samuel and his daugher alive. The last scene of the movie is a cleaning worker cleaning Samuel's house.
