For a lot of people is so confusing when to say "una hora y media", "dos horas y media", "4 horas y media", "media hora".

In English we say:

an hour and a half - una hora y media

one hour and a half - una hora y media

two and a half hours - dos horas y media

four and a half hours - cuatro horas y media

half an hour - Media hora
