In Spanish we often say acuéstate boca arriba "lay down (on the floor) in a supine position", acuéstate boca abajo "lay down (on the floor) in a prone position". So this is something we don't usually learn at school.

Supine position is "Boca arriba". The position that you normaly be when you're going to receive a massage in your face, chest, arms , legs and feet.

Prone position is the position "Boca abajo", this position is used when you're going to receive a massage in your back.
