How I learned my mother tongue.

Ok guys I'll tell you something about how I learned my mother tongue.
First of all when since when I was born my parents always talked to my no matter if I could understand or speak. So I'm pretty sure that I got used to the language, the sounds, etc. Then I went to kindergarten and I remember that I learned basic stuff by means of images, pictures, colors, sounds, etc and I learned how to write letters, numbers, figures, etc. and I wrote lines of the same letter, figure, etc over and over again. Then in elementary school I was learned how to pronounce syllables such as ba,be,bi,bo,bu , ca,que, qui,co,cu, and things like that. Then after learned that I started to read slowly. Then I was learned how to conjugate the verbs and I wrote lines of the conjugated verbs in manny different times, present, past, future, present progressive, past progressive, etc. And those were the homework. I had to use a dictionary to conjugate the verbs. And well I remember that it was a lot of work, and probably now I don't remember almost anything of grammar but I got used to the language and the same pattern that it's repeated over and over again, but remeber that there are exceptions like in any other language.
So maybe it'll help you if you write the lines.
Well that's the way it worked for me. I hope you can use part of your time to do that.
Good luck with your studies. Greetings.
