This week has been one of the most tiring for me during this year, I worked too many hours in the workshop and i had to sacrifice my days off.
The life in a workshop is a kind of stressful because of the lack of data and planning in all the logistic slaves.
Despite all the barrers and problems in the week i learned something valuable when speaking to a filipina and when reading a leadership course. She told me that when you don't like something, you have to take a rest, relax for a moment, go to anyplace you like, go out to hang out and keep looking for something you like. In the leadership course it's important to point out that if you doesn´t like your job you have to put pictures of good moments just to the mere fact of slowing down the stress. Also, you have to take one moment to practice any sport.
And speaking about the streess i done something to slowing down it, i met a couple of swiss people who are friendly and talkative, it was absolutely necessary for me to go to a party and hang out with this guys.

Motivation!
EQUIVOCACIONES
No se equivoca el río cuando, al encontrar una montaña en su camino, retrocede para seguir avanzando hacia el mar.
Se equivoca el agua que por temor a equivocarse, se estanca y se pudre en la laguna.
No se equivoca la semilla cuando muere en el surco para hacerse planta; se equivoca la que, por no morir bajo la tierra, renuncia a la vida.
No se equivoca el pájaro que ensayando el primer vuelo cae al suelo; se equivoca aquel que por temor a caerse renuncia a volar por la seguridad del nido.
No se equivoca el hombre que ensaya distintos caminos para alcanzar sus metas; se equivoca aquel que por temor a equivocarse nunca acciona.
Creo que al final del camino no te premiarán por lo que encuentres, sino por aquello que hayas buscado honestamente.
El error más grande lo cometes cuando, por temor a equivocarte, te equivocas dejando de arriesgar en el viaje hacia tus objetivos.
